The Edwards' Family: A little bit of this and a little bit of that.....

So since I haven't posted much since this year began I thought I would just do one big post on a few events! First of all we meet with our contractor Saturday and hopefully we will begin building soon after (crossing fingers the numbers come back in budget) Here is a few pictures I thought you would enjoy :)

Celine Dion Concert

In January Emily and I went and seen Celine Dion! It was an amazing show and how sweet was she to invite me to go for her birthday! It was her gift from Adam and I got the opportunity to be part of it! Marcia (Emily's mother in law) and Dayle (Emily's mom) went as well and we had the BEST time!!

Eli's 6th Birthday

February 20th was my sweet Eli's 6th birthday. His birthday was on a Friday so Kerry surprised him at school with cookies for the class( he was expecting just me but was so thrilled Kerry came too!!) Kerry is such a wonderful daddy. He took a half day vacation just to do that and it made Eli's day!! We left him pick what he wanted to do and he wanted to go to chuckie cheese (a parent's nightmare for sure) His buddy Emily came to play too..(I am talking about Emily Cassady he he) Anyway we had lots of fun playing games!

Hangin' Tough and Basketball

Then of course it wouldn't be right to not talk about the event in March! Well there were two events on the same day. My girls night out with the three bestest friends I have ever had and Eli's basketball game(which crushed me that I couldn't see) Kerry took pictures thank goodness! So picture this.. Flashback 1989. Big Hair, Neon, and the coolest boy band EVER New Kids on the Block! When I saw that they were coming to Nashville in March I knew I had to see the reunion!! So I thought who better to go with than those who share my same love. My sister and best friend who loved Jordan (yes we had the barbie dolls of them) and me I loved Joey and secretly Danny :). And my best friend growing up Kari who I have fond memories of listening to Hangin' Tough and playing barbies at her house. And then my best friend Emily who we automatically knew when we met that we were destined to be great friends :) How could we not? We both shared a love for NKOTB, MMC, and many many more 80's early 90's memories! So we crimped our hair, put on blue eyeshadow and headed to the concert! It was sooooo much fun! It is definitely a night I will NEVER forget!

Ethan's 4th Birthday

My baby boy turned 4 March 29th! My goodness time flies by!! We took him out to eat and let him go to Toys r us but his favorite part was getting his VERY own DS that he doesn't have to beg and plead with his brother to borrow!!!

Easter 2009

We had a wonderful Easter filled with lots of family time we enjoy so much. We first went to church, then to Mom and Dad's, and then to Kerry's parents! I love Easter and especially the real true meaning of it which means the world to me.

Eli's First Field Trip

Eli recently went on his first field trip! They went to the Fire Station and Extreme Gymnastics. Eli had a BLAST!! He has so many wonderful friends which I am so thankful for!
