What a Beautiful Day

Late last night when we got back home I told Kerry that this Easter was one of the best days ever!! He agreed. The weather was amazing and we had the BEST time with our families. It was truly one awesome day. We first went to Sunday School and the boys loved the Easter Egg hunt!! Eli actually won (with Evan as the close second) for finding the most eggs! Great job Eli! Then we went over to Mom and Dad's. Mom fixed a super yummy meal as usual and then we went outside to play and boy did we play :) Brad brought over his 4 wheeler and trailer and Dad got out his mower and trailer. Dad drove the mower and pulled his 3 little grandboys in the trailer for probably a solid 45 minutes!!! While Dad had the boys content, the big kids took turns on the 4 wheeler. I rode with Kerry once and that was enough for me. I told him one of us needed to be around to raise the boys, so I opted to ride with my sister who stayed on the milder side! It was a blast! Brad then hooked up the trailer and took us on a scenic tour of the farms that connect to my parent's property. Though it was bumpy it was so nice and peaceful.

After Mom and Dad's we went over to Kerry's parents where we ate another yum-o meal and then went out and played corn hole and b-ball. We really enjoyed one anothers company and just had a great time! Although the guys beat us at corn hole, it was still fun! (sorry Wanda that I was HORRIFIC hehe!!) I am so glad that the boys have 4 wonderful grandparents in their lives! The boys love them all to pieces!

So my sister is definitely on the top of Ethan's list! For his bday she gave him his very own custom made Luigi shirt and a super hero Ethan cape! Okay lets just say I had to pry the shirt off this afternoon after wearing it for about 30 solid hours!!!!! Thanks Aunt Ashley!! You're the best!

We are enjoying having Daddy home with us for a few days and will be sad when he goes back to work Wednesday!! Hope everyone else is having a wonderful time off!!
